NewCastle Vaccine (Komarov).
 
DESCRIPTION : 
 
 Rossy color Freeze dried disc shape Newcastle disease vaccine (Komarov strain, fariable, easly soluble in physiological normal saline (sterile) or distilled water. 
COMPOSITION : 
 Monovalent attenuated Newcastle disease vaccine, Each vial (1000 doses) or contain 10-6 EID50 per field dose of Newcastle disease virus "Komarov strain" propagated on embryonated SPF chicken eggs. 
DOSAGE AND USES:
 
Disolve the vial of 1000 dose in one litter of sterile dist water or physiological normal saline and infect 1 ml/bird using intramuscular route (I/M) to obtain 1000 dose. 
INDICATIONS:
 Newcastle vaccine "Komarov strain" is used as a prophylactimmunization of healthy birds over six weeks of age against Newcastle disease and also as an emergency vaccination during an outbreaks. The vaccine is safe and is used for vaccination of fowls, turkeys and game birds. 
PRECAUTIONS:
 * Healthy birds and those apparently healthy during outbreaks should be vaccinated.
 * Separate unvaccinated birds from vaccinated ones at leats for 10 days.
 * The vaccine must be diluted just before use.
 * Shake well the diluted vaccine before and periodically during vaccination.
 * Protect the vaccine solution from direct sunlight.
 * The vaccine must be used within 2 hours from its dilution 
STORAGE:
 Keep in freezer (-20oc) for three years or at 4-8 oc for two years.
WITHDRAW PERIOD:
 Twenty – one days before human consumption, stop the vaccination programs.
